Reply To: USB Serial Drivers do not appear to load

I did exactly as you said. Loaded the CDM v2.12.00 driver as administrator and got exactly the same result. The LED on the signal hound blinks orange or yellow and when I launch Spike, it cannot find the device. After installing the driver and getting the message that they are ready to use, I go into the device manager and cannot find USB serial converter A or B under Universal Serial Bus Controllers (yes, the signal hound is connected to a USB port while I checked this).

I also tried all three USB ports on this computer and get exactly the same result with all three.

Any other ideas?
