Andy, It was a missing JPG plugin for the Qt framework we are using. I will look forward to hearing if including the plugin fixes the issue for you.
Roger, Thank you for the feedback and the many suggestions. We appreciate it. I wanted to make a note on virtualization on the Mac. I do not believe at this point we will be offering any support for those who are running Windows in a VM. If you are receiving the Device Connectivity Error in Spike then this means that real data loss has occurred (e.g. USB packets dropped). It sounds like the suppress error function in the old software might have been hiding the issue.
Mark, Just to clarify, you have managed to get the software running by dropping in your calibration files from the old software? If you still need your calibration files, you can go here https://productbundlesdemo.kinsta.cloud/custdata/P1131/
