Hello Phil,
All versions of Spike should work on Windows 10. There are only some driver issues with the BB60C pre version 3.0.12. If you are not using the BB60C, then you should have no issues.
If you are running Spike and the software is immediately crashing, you may not have the proper GPU support. The Spike software requires OpenGL 2.0 support from your graphics card. If you can share more information about the PC in question, I can look and see if the PC has the ability to run our software and maybe find any drivers that may resolve this. I would need the Make and Model preferably.
Also can you take a screenshot of the software right after is crashes with the error message. You can post it in the forums here.
Hopefully we can resolve this quickly.
